Technology should automate the mundane and empower people to reach and stay in flow. Work can be incredibly meaningful and fulfilling, but it often isn't. I build tools to help eliminate boring, stressful, and confusing work.
That's why I joined Microsoft — to make collaboration seamless for millions of people. And it's why I'm drawn to AI-native tools that give people superpowers instead of replacing them.
I'm most hopeful about technology that saves time and increases safety. But more broadly, I believe the best tools are the ones that give people back their agency — the freedom to spend time on what matters to them.
The digital ecosystem is full of junk content — entertaining but not fulfilling, addicting and mostly driven by engagement metrics. I want to build experiences that are playful, interactive, and genuinely fun. Experiences that help people strengthen existing relationships and build new ones.
